We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and just chilled out on the day-beds by the beach. All the staff were very willing and helpful, great view at breakfast time! Would definitely come again, though not with kids!

very nice and quiet hotel, with an exellent location. But need to do something about the muscitoes, as too many. the open bathroom concept does not help in this respect. Like in Lovina, also here would be nice to have some schuttle service to nearest town.

To say that we enjoyed our 10 day holiday at Puri Bagus Lovina (as well as our shorter but equally delightful experience at Candidasa) is an understatement. There really wasn't anything to complain about - the service, the impeccable grounds and delightful rooms. the fabulous pool, the wonderful service, the delightful entertainment in the evenings and most especially at the should-be world-famous rock-concert, fashion show and traditional dancing display at the New Year Party - all contributed to make our stay so very memorable. We felt that the staff all went out of their way make us feel welcome and happy, from the management to the people who made our room look so fresh and lovely every day. We are busily recommending your hotel to everyone we know, as a value holiday at a price they cannot better. While the menu was a bit short for a long stay, there were plenty of good restaurants in Lovina and even several within walking distance of Puri Bagus across the fascinating rice-field whenever we wanted a change of venue, and when we came back to the hotel the wonderful welcoming smiles made us feel that we were truly "coming home". Congratulations to the Hotel Staff - we are looking forward to a return visit if only to check out how "our" Royal Palm is doing!
