Hotel rooms were large and clean but work needed to be done to the bathroom as the bath leaked and there was continous water on the floor. The grounds of the hotel were kept immaculent, the staff and service were very friendly and helpful which was really good.

I would like to have a fridge in my room next time but i will stay there again!

We prefer a breakfast with more variety, for eg. a buffet.

I enjoy much of the previous visit. The hotel is really nice (Balinese style) with good facility for that kind of price. My only comment is the "late check out" policy. I suggest that if it is not during peak season, the "late check out" policy could be extended NOT only until 1pm, but until let say 2 or 3pm in the afternoon. Thanks.

The breakfast is not price worth it. There is standard a pancake included but at other hotels for the same prices you will get more breakfast. The diner is very good food and they should make more promotion for that. BaliSandy is a very nice hotel and has nice rooms. We liked the services and the swimming pool is the biggest, if you compare it with other hotels that have the same room rates. Hope to come back one time!

Overall is ok but should provide some “ Do Not Disturb” door card as I feeling uneasy when we go out for a while and come back found there’s someone doing the housekeeping… when we need can’t find any card to inform that housekeeping is not required for the moment…location is a bit far inside compare to others cottage in Kuta and breakfast can be more variety for different days as served the same menu for 6 following mornings…

The location is great (5 min walk to beach and 10 min to kuta's nightspots) and it is an excellent value for the price. Rooms are clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable and the garden is lovely. On the down side, walkin' back to the hotel at night could be daunting if you're a lone guy as some lady boys become a little too intrusive. Thanks again for this wonderful stay!

There were a couple of amenities that were advertised that were lacking, like hairdryers and refridgerators, but the pool was gorgeous and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Balisandy to anyone wanting to stay in Kuta.

overall, despite the little flaws, I enjoyed my staying in Balisandy Cottages. Quite value for the money.

An excellent budget choice in a lovely garden setting. Super location, short stroll to the beach/heart of Kuta Pool great and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms big, clean - if a little plain and 'empty feeling' - and bathroom is also of a good size but rather drab to say the least. The pool is great but was crowded with families so unfortunately there is rarely a lounger or space available but that may be a function of high season when I stayed. Perhaps some more sun lungers or a small redesign here would not go amiss?

At night we were bitten by mosquitoes. The hotel needs to have mosquito nets for all their rooms. The shower head was very low and the water pressure was weak.

Some rooms not as nice as others- bathroom tiles have lots of scale/mineral deposits, trash can top dirty, grounds nice, broken tile in pool dangerous (son cut his knee), no english language channels on room tv. no mosquito coils outside rooms (room 051 door has gaps allowing mosquitoes to get into room. Could not accept credit card at time of check out

The hotel is situated in an obscure location and the taxi driver who brought my friends to visit me at the hotel had a hard time to find the place.

All of the staff were very helpful. I was allowed to use the hotels telephone to make a local call and the staff were understanding when I lost my key on the last night!

We stayed there right before Christmas holiday, and hotel was crowded. Breakfast is not as expected consider the price of accomodation. Room is big but looks empty for some reason. Their towels are look very dirty, they need to use more bleach or throw those greyed and holed towels out. Toilet was broke and had to use trick to flush (imagine!). The pool are is nice to hang out and quiet when all the occupants already went out for their stroll. I'm sorry but this is my experience.

I had been there before and was very happy. However this time my bedroom wasn't as nice and I must say, not that clean and not very fresh. Maybe it's because I arrived just after the X-mas high season and the hotel service was a bit tired.

Great location, Fantastic value, nice layout for breakfast, nice massage by the pool, staff very friendly, no wine in stock but I just handed over some money and my preferred rose wine was delivered "chilled", how is that for service? the food is cheap and decent all you could want in a good value for money budget hotel, I have been back once and will go again, recommended.

We have always enjoyed our stays there.
