Found the rooms to be very small. Not enough draws. Not enough lighting. Bathrooms need to be renovated and refreshed.Breakfast was just okay and the service at breakfast was very poor. Example tables always needed to be cleaned and their was never any cutlery, we always need to ask for it. Reception staff were always very helpful.

Although the room is very small, the location is excellent especially for those who would like to enjoy the beach. We were there anyway for outdoor activity and use the hotel only for staying oernight. Service are very good from the entrance to inside. Definitely I will stay in Mercure Kuta if ever I have a chance to visit Bali in the future.

The Mercure Kuta must be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. I left the next day, but I was charged for a "suite" which was just a fairly decent room since the one that was assigned to begin with was just a lousy small hole; and the penalty for leaving early. In summary a really outregous price. All together the attention was lousy. In summary all Mercure Hotels will be erased from my travel agenda for ever.

I very much enjoyed my stay there and the beautiful sunsets enjoyed on certain spectacular nights. (I got some great photos. ) The pool on the roof was very enjoyable. The view was enjoyed everyday as a great look-out to the beach. There one could enjoy the sun and the spetacular view without the hassle of the constant vendors on the street level.

just a bit comment on the clear definition of the hotel's Oceanview room I reserved but initially given a room which directly faces Hardrock hotel's pool (need some efforts from balcony to see the hotel's front ocean). After complaining then the staff could get us the real Oceanview room. No matter how peak the season I think hotel management should be able to accomodate all reservations have been dealt.

Great location if you want to stay in Kuta, but Kuta is not the sort of place I would choose to stay in again – but then not everybody is in Bali to attend a spiritual workshop in Ubud and elsewhere.

I was very pleased when we arrived late and the staff in the poolside dining area were prepared to find us a meal even though it was past the closing time. Location is very central and the room was clean and pleasant.

We had our wedding night in your lovely hotel, but our room was on the same side as the Hard rock Cafe so it was very noisy until the morning, that was kind of a bad experience for us

We were so happy and enjoyed staying in Mercure, but when we wanted to have late check out on 1st of July, we are so surprised that Mercure couldn't provide that. The reason is at that time, our rooms already booked . We knew that July is always a peak season for long holiday, but we suggested Mercure could tell us once we checked in on 27th of June, that late check out is not applied due to peak season.
