The access to the top room is a little bit unacceptable for some other customer while taking their lunch or dinner. I suggest the stair case would be better different way to the upstair rather passing the customer in the rest centre.
I like the way your reception greeting their customer, it gives us more free to come again.

Very central in Ubud and in a nice Balinese style. I was in the dependence, but every morning I’ve had my breakfast on my room terrace brought by the staff.

Although we were staying for just one night and looking for a budget hotel, the Restu Bali Hotel made us never want to return. The room that we were given was very dark. The bathroom was so dirty that we did not take a shower in it. The faucet was broken. The complimentary breakfast had nothing to offer. The only thing good about the hotel was its close proximity to Kuta.

Very poor continental breakfast and verry dirty chairs near the swimmingpool We had a fine clean big room, the small rooms however were dirty and smelly ( at least the one we saw) thats why we changed the small room for a more expencive big one, Resto Bali hotel is ok., ( but check the room first) we had a good stay at the Resto Bali Hotel

"Jimmy" was the consumate host at the front desk. Very helpful. Would recommend to first time Bali travelers as the hotel staff does very good job of making you feel comfortable and safe while you get your feet wet.

MR. PERRY AND MRS. ITA WERE WONDERFUL AS WAS THE STAFF.....WE HAD AN UNUSUAL AND SERIOUS PROBLEM AND HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR PERRY AND HIS GREAT STAFF, I DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WOULD HAVE DONE. I WILL NEVER STAY ANYPLACE ELSE WHEN I RETURN TO BALI.
