discovered a cockroach in the room (on the mini refrigerator next to the electric kettle) I was staying and got housekeeping to kill it. I felt very uncomfortable after discovering there was a cockroach in the room.

The music was very loud and everyone can hear it like it's in the next room. It's in a very busy area with traffic noise. Not suitable for families with kids. The room was not fully furnished as you could see from the pictures on the website. My room did not have a table or anything like we expected the deluxe would be. We paid more for nothing extras. They were full, so we didn't have much choice.

The swimming pools are wonderful but a bit risk for kids running or walking around. Had better to cover with rubber around the pool including the stairs, so kids will not be injured.

real i wanna say big THANK YOU. it was great to stay in your hotel and i will for sure come back.
you ask me to say about Losari Hotel and i can say it's real great. I stay there 5 days but what i can say it was not enough coz it was short vacation for me. Losari Hotel is very clean, and nice staff and nice Bali ( Saya suka Bali )it means I like Bali.
Just go a head and visit Bali because its real nice city and nice people there. u will feel safe and people like u so much. they are kind and great people.
