Comments : any additional comment ?
The hotel hotel's setting and and surrounds were lovely, but the room/cottage was quite run-down. The level of cleanliness was also not encouraging. Cottage layout was not very practical, especially location of power outlets (which were also very few considering that travelers these days have mobile telephones, cameras, video cameras etc to charge). There were many mosquitos and the open rafter roof did not help. There was no hot water in the bathroom - we reported this to the reception but nothing was done about it. There was a litter of kittens on the roof and they kept wailing all night so sleep was disturbed : this too was reported to the reception. Again, nothing was done so we had to put up with the feline choir for the next night as well. On the plus side, staff were very pleasant and the shuttle service provided was excellent.

THis accomadation was booked by daughter via net. None of us had seen or heard anything about the area. We loved our stay and found it imensly rewarding a place to go and relax. it is an older place but that adds to its charm. The staff were brilliant and helpfull.

There was a barking dog on the premises almost every night. This disturbed sleep and enjoyment. Otherwise, the Cottages were excellent and amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone!

friendly atmosphere. Shuttle service to Ubud and area it very easy and convenient. It is best to get a room with Rice Paddy view.

The shuttle service from the hotel to, amongst others, Ubud is excellent. If we are visiting Bali once again we surely pay a visit to Taman Harum!

The staff was wonderful, fulfilling our every wish, teaching us about the Balinese culture, greeting us each morning with a smile, and making our stay very comfortable. When we return, and we will, it will be like coming home. The real treasure of Bali is the people and we were so fortunate to know all of the staff at the Tamun Harum. Thank you all for a wonderful two weeks which began with a most beautiful sunrise over the rice paddies and ended with hugs goodbye from all of our newfound friends.

Taman Harum is charming and relaxing. Enjoyed the great hospitality, clean rooms with views of the padi fields. Distance to Ubud town is not a problem with the transport on demand drop offs and pick ups. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back for another visit.

pool was out of commission, which I did not know about ahead of time; however, staff accomodated me in going over to the Bali Spirit to swim) Service:
The staff were all superb in friendliness and helpfulness and I enjoyed my stay there very much,through the Balinese Nyepi/New Year. I would come again.
